Our client is a busy and well-established financial services firm offering mortgage and protection advice. They are currently looking to recruit a Client Relationship Assistant to work from their modern offices in Macclesfield Cheshire.
Position Overview
The role will report to the Client Success Manager and will involve supporting the Client Relationship Manager in being the face of our client to existing and prospective Clients.
Essential Job Functions (with the CRM)
Be the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone or email which could come from Introducers, recommendations or web search
Allocate prospects to an adviser, book an appointment time that suits both and enrol the Client onto Platform
Contact existing Clients from our Client bank when their mortgage is due for renewal and book appointments with our team of advisers
Undertake Customer Satisfaction calls with Clients after their mortgage has completed to ensure satisfaction, ask for reviews and to promote the services of our other businesses
Undertake annual reviews with existing Clients to check for a change in circumstances and to prompt reviews for advisers
Contact potential prospects to proactively generate appointments
Use social media to maximise our exposure
Other tasks
Maintain records of Client contact and lead generation
Manage our Client Referral Scheme
Maintain records of commission payments to Introducers and ensure timely payment
Support our Mortgage & Protection Advisers by inputting Client information, preparing documentation and liaising with Clients, Lenders, Solicitors and Protection providers until the mortgage completes or the protection policy is put on risk
Requirements
Outgoing, professional manner when dealing with Clients, prospects, colleagues, lenders or solicitors
Ability to make a great first impression as the first point of contact

Well organized with good attention to detail
Numerate to handle financial calculations
IT literate – able to use a variety of systems and design/use reports
