To source, interview and present candidates we use a variety of methods, which include either one or a combination of the following;

Contingency Recruitment

A number of resources are utilised in order to attract the most suitable candidates for your company including an extensive database search, advertising campaigns on the major recruitment websites, headhunting as well as generating referrals from within our existing network. Using Contingency based recruitment there would be no fee payable by your firm unless you appoint one of our candidates.

Whether you need to fill a permanent vacancy or a fixed term contract, we have you covered. A significant number of candidates register with us each week, often exclusively, meaning our database is crammed with the very latest talent in the market.

As well as this, rather than waiting for the best candidates to come to us, our consultants source candidates with precisely the skills you need. Using the very latest in tech-stack, we can run fast and accurate searches to find exactly the right candidate for you.

  • With contingency recruitment, our clients will generally receive the following:

  • We will detail your company, role and candidate specification is, allowing us to be as accurate with the shortlist as possible.

  • A full and comprehensive search of our database will take place, coupled with additional candidate attraction strategies through online advertising & referrals through our network.

  • Candidates who fit the profile are pre-qualified to ascertain their interest in and suitability for the role then detailed CVs will be submitted and first, second and third interviews arranged.

  • All interviews will be followed up on, providing our client with candidate feedback and gathering feedback from our client.

  • We will handle the offer, acceptance, resignation and counter-offer, offering candidates advice and alleviating any concerns.

  • No fees are payable by the client for this service until a candidate introduced by Bond Recruitment commences employment.

Retained Recruitment

Quickly becoming a preferred method of recruitment by our clients for adviser roles, we will formulate an agreement where you would pay a percentage of the fee on engagement with us, allowing us to dedicate our time to your role. There would then be a second instalment of the fee due when we have presented you with a pre-agreed number of shortlisted candidates to interview, finally the balance would be due when you have appointed the successful candidate. Depending on the particular role and number of people you are looking to hire we can tailor a package that works best for you.
